gold website maintenance agreement
Monthly maintenance of the client’s website will be done at the specified package's monthly rate.
For technical support, the client may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 647.887.3704. Subscribers subscribed to packages containing our priority technical support will have shorter response times.
All client information be it confidential or non-confidential, will be kept with the utmost confidentiality. It will not be distributed or leaked to any third party persons without the written consent of the client. ALL client credentials (i.e. passwords & usernames) will be kept with the utmost security and confidentiality. No client credential will ever be given to any third party persons without the written consent of the client.
The turnaround time for both image/graphic creations and original creations for social media is 3-5 business days.
Spade Designs is not responsible for any malicious activity that may befall the client's website at anytime. Our 'Website Security Monitoring' is a service set in place to limit the potential of malicious attacks and or spam towards your site.
During this agreement, if either party wishes to terminate the agreement for any reason, a month’s notice must be given prior to termination. After the month period is over, a letter will be delivered to the client to confirm the termination of their subscription. If the client wishes to terminate the agreement without wanting to wait the month long period, then an additional termination fee of $100.00 will apply, and that fee must be paid before the agreement can be terminated. Once that fee is paid, a letter will be emailed to the client to confirm the termination of services and this contract.
• Maintenance related tasks are any tasks involving the client’s website that take place after the completion of the website.
• Website maintenance tasks include:
- Fixes to any and all technical issues
- Any and all requested changes by the client that are limited to an overall site wide re-design
